EDUCATION SUPPORT PROGRAM
Access to Private Schools
PCF provides need-based scholarships to orphans and needy students. The fee is paid directly to the educational institutes where the student is enrolled and results are monitored every quarter.
We have signed an MOU with Allied Schools and Lords Schools and have students enrolled in these schools who are benefiting from our education support program, with the help of our compassionate
donors.
We wish to have more success stories and expand this program to educate as many needy children as possible.
After School Tuitions
PCF not only takes care of the financial liabilities of the kids but also provides the best standard evening classes everyday at Z.T Campus. Parvarish has hired 2-3 private teachers who come and teach the kids at Parvarish Home after they get free from school and
help them not only with their homework but also with Urdu & English translations to improve their reading, writing and speaking and abilities and conduct.

Quran & Nazra Classes
PCF has also hired a Qari Sb. who helps the kids with learning to read Quran after they’ve completed their homework. PCF realizes the importance of not only focusing on the education that a kid receives but also on the spiritual development of a kid. and their
awareness of Islam and their roles as muslims.
Higher Education
PCF not only supports kids at school level, but also wishes to support students at university level.
Recently PCF has supported an orphan girl enrolled in M.Phil program at FCC University. Since 2017 we have helped 8 students meet their goal of higher education and look forward to helping hundreds of other students. You can help us in this noble cause by sponsoring a student.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Our Financial Assistance Program aims to assist the destitute and low-income families with limited financial resources. Through this program PCF also gives the option of easy loan to help set up businesses or build houses etc. The loan is then paid off at the ease of the beneficiary without any interest.
Before PCF was founded, our Board Member Lady Dr. Major Tabassum Bhatty had been giving “Qarz-e-Husana” to destitute people since 1980. It all started when a poor lady worker named Viro was helped to pay her loan which she wasn’t being able to pay because of the high interest on it. Our Financial Assistance Program is an extension of what she has been doing, except that now everything is being documented and aid is being given within the legal framework.
According to our records, more than 50 people have been given financial assistance and PCF has spent nearly Rs. 2 Million in this program so far while numerous applicants wait to be helped.
CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The core aim of our Parvarish Home, Zafar Tabasuum Campus, in Garden Town, is to give the orphans and needy a homely and sheltered environment where the young souls can nurture and develop to their full potentials. We wish to take every step to protect the children from the miseries they otherwise might have faced had they been left on their own. We enrolled our first child of OCP named Mudassir Ali Sajid, aged 5, in December 2017.
With your help and support, we seek to provide children much more than the basic necessities of life. We are providing them education in a certified English medium school and giving them Quranic knowledge as well. In terms of Quranic education, our emphasis will not be on rote learning but on making the children read Quran with its meaning so as to help them comprehend its true essence.
Our focus is to develop them into educated, responsible and productive citizens, so that tomorrow they can raise educated families of their own.
QURBANI & SADQA
PCF arranges animals for sacrifice/Qurbani every eid for the members & donors. The Qurbani meat can be either taken home by those who book the Qurbani or can be distributed among the deserving. The funds raised through these services are spent on orphans & needy children. If anyone wants to carry out the qurbani at home, animals for the purpose are provided at very reasonable rates otherwise slaughter services at PCF can always be availed.
In 2017, PCF distributed over 120kg meat among needy families who don’t come out to beg on the roads. With each year, we hope our capacity to give increases & that is not possible without the unwavering support of our donors.
ZAKAT
50% of PCF’s annual budget comes from your Zakat. We get most of our funds during the Holy Month of Ramzan, thanks to the generous spirit of the Muslims who make sure that the less privileged are not forgotten on this special occasion. This zakat helps us not only to provide shelter, food & assistance program which aims to help those in need of critical funds for one reason or the other. In Ramadan, PCF also distributes food packages to poor families & holds collective iftaris on behalf of the sponsors at different locations as the sponsor desires. We request you to donate your Zakat & food items to the deserving & help us help them.
